    With this program you will learn how to stay fit and instill daily habits that will lead towards greater health

    • PLIABILITY - the daily lengthening and softening of muscles before and after workouts. Think of pliability as your new warm up and cool down.
    • CONDITIONING - learning to have the energy, endurance, and vigor to workout in a pain free way
    • STRENGTH TRAINING - no load strength training allows the body to enhance its functionality for daily use and living healthy pain free
    • ANTI-INFLAMMATORY - reducing inflammation in the body will boost your immune system producing a happy healthy body and increase your recovery.
    • HYDRATION - Proper hydration, preferably with electrolytes, sustains healthy cellular functions. Hydration also plays a role in the muscles pliability and reduces muscle spasms.
    • NUTRITION - No training program is effective unless you are consciously aware of the food you are consuming. Incorporating foods that promote the circulation of oxygen rich blood.
    • ACTIVE RECOVERY - How to properly execute an active recovery day will allow your body, mind, and soul to adapt to the stresses brought on by daily workouts and life.

    NCAA BASEBALL: Daniel Navia

    At a young age Daniel played sports with a passion for learning as well as determination for self improvement. He was skilled and focus minded which allowed him the opportunity to develop his talents to play NCAA baseball for Limestone University in South Carolina.

     

     


    Daniel is motivated, passionate, and educated about coaching and working towards achieving your goals. Daniel plans to make an impact by bringing more health and fitness to the community. This will accelerate the growth and over all health for everyone. Sustainability and longevity is the key.

    Athletics as well as Health and Fitness are a significant role in student athletes lives. Being in optimal health and in Elite physical fit shape were required to be able to perform at the NCAA caliber.
